I already have a favorite wash shampoo, is Ultima Paint Guard Wash necessary?
No, you can use Ultima Paint Guard Wash or any other car wash shampoo to clean your car. However, after a single use, we believe the differences between Ultima Paint Guard Wash and the product you are using now will become
very clear.
Will Ultima Paint Guard Wash strip my wax?
No. Ultima Paint Guard Wash is a high technology formulation that uses better science to produce a super gentle soap, not a detergent, that cleans
without removing waxes.
How often should I wash my car with Ultima Paint Guard Wash?
When possible, we recommend washing vehicles weekly. When it is not possible to wash your vehicle, you can still keep it clean with Ultima Detail
Spray Plus.
I like lots of suds. Can I use a little extra Ultima Paint Guard Wash to produce more suds?
Yes, but we don't think you will need to. Ultima Paint Guard Wash produces more lavish suds than any other product we know about. A single ounce of this concentrate will produce more silky smooth, great smelling suds than you can imagine.
Can I use Ultima Paint Guard Wash to clean my tires and wheels?
Yes! This is the only car wash shampoo we are aware of that will not go flat when washing tires and wheels. With all other products, the suds
go flat almost immediately after contact with brake dust and tire dressings. Ultima Paint Guard Wash passes the test and powers through with its super gentle
cleaning power.
Is Ultima Paint Guard Wash environmentally friendly?
Absolutely! Unlike most car wash shampoos, Ultima Paint Guard Wash is not a detergent, it is a soap. Our product neutralizes with fresh water. The product rinses very quickly, requiring a minimal amount of
water to complete a wash.
How many uses will I get from a single bottle?
On average, a single ounce of Ultima Paint Guard Wash is all that's required to produce a 5-gallon bucket of car wash solution with suds and cleaning power that won't quit until your wash job is finished. The 22 ounce bottle
should be enough product to keep your car clean through six months of regular washings.

Preparation: Prior to use you must thoroughly rinse your. Failure to thoroughly rinse may lead to paint scratches from grit and other forms of hard contamination. For best results, wash your car in the shade or when the sun is low in the sky. To avoid swirl marks, use a high quality wash mitt. Do not use your good wash mitt on your tires and wheels.
Dedicate a separate wash mitt or wash sponge for the tires, wheels, rocker panels and lower valances.

the water. Using a stiff jet of water, fill bucket to fully activate suds. As you use the wash water, you may continue to refill the bucket and activate
more suds.
Application: Always start at the top of your vehicle. As the suds run down your car, they will take more loose dirt and grit with them,
reducing opportunity for scratching and producing swirl marks. To further reduce producing swirl marks, wash along the length of your car, not in a swirl
motion. Use plenty of wash solution and rinse your wash mitt frequently. Do not allow suds to dry on your vehicle. Rinse frequently. To avoid
water spotting, dry immediately after final rinse. |
