Car Wash Water Filtration Kits and Accessories
The Standard & Deluxe Clear Water Filter Kits are powerful allies in the war against water spots and paint film. Water is filled with impurities that are deposited on the paint during the washing and rinsing process. The deposits can form water spots that look back, and over time, create water etchings that eat in to your paint's finish. The Clear Inline Hose Filter Canister is a clear, heavy duty, plastic canister that houses one of two filter types to help you achieve the right water purity for your washing needs. Water contains minerals such as calcium and magnesium that form spots on your cars finish. Water high in these minerals is often called hard water. Hard water not only creates the potentially damaging water spots, it reduces the effectiveness of car shampoo, and can leave a film on your car as you rinse. The same film calcium rich film that makes cleaning showers and bath tubs so difficult. Using the Water Softener Filter Cartridge inside your Clear Inline Hose Filter Canister neutralizes these minerals. Water is can also be loaded with a high level of sediment. Sediment is solid material such as sand or rust that can damage the paint and reduce the effectiveness of your soap. Household faucets have screens on them to protect you from sediment, your wash system should have a filter to protect your car. The Sediment Filter Cartridge is made from a 25 micron spun poly material that traps fine sediments and keeps your water clean. You can choose to fit the standard Clear Inline Hose Filter Canister with either the Water Softener Filter Cartridge or the Sediment Filter Cartridge depending on your purification needs. Both are included in the Clean Water Filter Kit! If you have extremely hard water and want the ultimate protection from sediment then upgrade to the two stage Deluxe Water Filter Kit. This two stage kit includes two canisters so that you can outfit each one with the different filter type! Both Clear Water Filter Kits, parts and accessories are listed below:
