We stock every item on our website for immediate delivery. Unless otherwise indicated, all items are in stock. Back orders are rare, but when they occur we will contact you immediately and rush your back ordered item to you as soon as new inventory arrives. There’s never an extra shipping charge for back ordered items.
We ship fast! Orders received Monday through Friday before noon (Eastern Time) normally ship the same day. Every item is individually shrink-wrapped for protection and best appearance. We have worked very closely with UPS and USPS to develop proper packaging of liquids and controlled materials.
We use UPS and USPS for all shipment in the continental U.S.A. and USPS Priority International to our international customers. In the continental U.S.A. we offer “UPS Ground” and “USPS 2-3 Day Priority” service. We ship from UPS Ground takes 1 to 5 business days for delivery.
We have worked very hard to provide the best shipping rates in the car care industry. Our “GROUND” shipping charges to the continental U.S.A. There are never any extra packing or processing fees added to your order.
We believe our rates are unmatched by our competitor's normal shipping rates. Our UPS rates are always the current counter rate directly from UPS with no hidden fees.
• All Priority orders receive priority packing in our warehouse. We make every attempt to ship Priority orders the same business day.
• Priority order shipping rates are based on a $4.95 base charge plus $2.00 per pound of product (not packaging)
• USPS Priority International shipping into Canada, Australia, the UK and other European destinations is 20-30% less than UPS, FedEx or DHL.
USPS Express Mail International delivery service to our International Customers requires 3 to 5 business days for delivery (we frequently receive comments that we're faster than domestic deliveries!). Our shipping rate to our International Customers is based on USPS per pound rates with no additional fees or charges.
