Once a car has been compounded with DP Compound, the car's surface will be restored to the original paint clarity. The surface is also prepped and ready to be polished with DP Polish. Once polished, not only will the paint look as good as new, but it will also feel that way, smooth and shiny without defects in sight.

This means there aren't any hidden chemicals in DP Compound that would interfere with the process of painting a car, problems such as causing fisheyes, adhesion issues or any other unwanted side effects.

DIRECTIONS:

*When using machine*

• Apply several dime-sized drops of product onto a clean cutting pad.
• With the machine still off, spread the product over the panel to be compounded
• Turn the machine on.
• Begin to work the compound into the surface using a moderate pressure in a cross hatch pattern until a slight haze is formed.
• Wipe away excess using a clean microfiber towel.
• Continue around vehicle.

*When using hand*

• Apply a nickel-sized amount of product onto a dense hand polishing pad.
• Work pad into surface in 2 x 2 square foot area in a cross hatch pattern.
• Work product until it turns clear.
• Wipe away excess with a clean microfiber towel.
• Continue around vehicle.
