Worth it
I have used synthetic sheepskin pads in the past because they are economical. They were okay but you cant beat the real thing. This wash mitt is super soft and holds plenty of shampoo. Definitely a must have item if you have dark paint.
ProsSuper soft

Not Impressed
The inside is the mitt was still wet after 3 days! The sheepskin was dry, but the material inside is still quite damp. I was unable to turn the mitt inside-out due to the thickness if the inside material and the diameter of the opening. Two hours with the mitt attached to the back of a chair and a fan blowing in the opening of the mitt did almost nothing. I will put in the dryer on a gentle cycle... then I may put it in the trash after only one use. I am in Georgia and the humidity is high... but three days?
ProsHolds suds very well.
ConsWell... let's see, I can't really think of one... oh wait! The mitt stays wet for at least THREE days...!!!!!

I used this on a couple details and was impressed. You have to take very good care of it or it will dry out.

Good for your paint
I've owned two of these and can't say enough good about them. They don't scratch your paint - IF - you rinse off the ever-present sand in Florida or gritty dirt in the mountains of E. Tennessee before you begin washing. Even without a thorough rinse, you may pick up some grit, but the mitt seems to protect the finish from scratches.
After a thorough cleaning, using the 'jet' setting on the hose, I fling out as much water as I can and stick the mitt over a broom handle in the garage to let it air dry. I've never had a loop to use and don't see the need for one. The broom handle lets it dry without contacting anything, so it dries quickly and is ready for the next washing. I'm ordering #3 today because I can't see using anything else on my dark blue F-250 Superduty.

Wash mitt
I used it once: worked fine. Good quality. It would be better with a cloth loop attached to the cuff so I could be hung up to dry after using.
ProsA good quality sheep sacrificed to make it.
ConsNo loop to hang up to dry.

Awesome wash mitt
This is an amazing wash mit. Very plush and soft. I've read other sheepskin wash mitts rip and fall apart after a few washes. I've has this for a year and the wool has not separated nor has any of the seams have torn. The little leather loop to hang it up did come apart at one end, so I just removed it completely. Other then that it works great.
