BLACKFIRE Microfiber Cleaner & Restorer

Item Description:

Restore your microfiber with every wash!

Removes wax, polish, grease, grass stains, make-up, food, oil, and protein-based stains.

Restores like-new texture and softness to microfiber.

Contains no fabric softener or bleach.

BLACKFIRE Microfiber Cleaner & Restorer is formulated to meet the unique cleaning requirements of microfiber. It releases oily residues and greasy stains better than an ordinary laundry detergent and leaves microfiber feeling like new! Even better, BLACKFIRE Microfiber Cleaner & Restorer protects the special characteristics of microfiber  - its tremendous absorbency, luxurious softness, and dust-attracting magnetism. Why wash microfiber with anything else?

Microfiber is unlike any other fabric and it deserves a cleaner unlike any other detergent! BLACKFIRE Microfiber Cleaner & Restorer releases tough stains and residues while restoring the softness and cleaning ability that makes microfiber the best detailing material. Microfiber is engineered from man made fibers to be softer, more durable, and more absorbent than any natural material. BLACKFIRE Microfiber Cleaner & Restorer removes oil, grease, wax and polish residue, protein-based stains like blood and sweat, grass stains, food, and cosmetics while restoring a soft, fluffy feel to the fabric.

Never use bleach or fabric softeners on microfiber. Bleach can damage fibers over time and it isn't necessary. Fabric softeners eliminate the microfiber's magnetic charge. BLACKFIRE Microfiber Cleaner & Restorer contains only emulsifiers, surfactants, chelating agents and water softeners to break down oily deposits and release them from the fabric. Nothing extra goes into our detergent.

Mild water softeners in BLACKFIRE Microfiber Cleaner & Restorer neutralize hard water in the washing machine to maintain the softness of microfiber. No additional softeners or dryer sheets are needed. Microfiber products will come out of the dryer feeling soft and fluffy. Most importantly, microfiber will retain its cleaning properties wash after wash. In fact, you can use BLACKFIRE Microfiber Cleaner & Restorer to safely clean terry cloth and leather chamois.

Directions:

For best results, always wash microfiber separately from other laundry. Do not use fabric softener, bleach, or dryer sheets. Add 2 ounces of BLACKFIRE Microfiber Cleaner & Restorer to washing machine to clean a half load of microfiber. Add 4 ounces to clean a full load. Tumble dry microfiber on low heat or no heat.

16 oz.

Best cleaner for non HE machines.
Before and after pics below, but this is a great cleaner. If you have a non HE machine this rinses clean and leaves the towels super soft and clean. If you have an HE machine, do an extra rinse to remove any possible residual soap. Buy it by the gallon, better cost ratio.

This Stuff Really Works!
I got this based on a forum member highly recommending it. Wow does it ever work. I have a bunch of Microfiber towels, probably a hundred or more, because once they are dirty I just throw them in a pile and buy more. They are never the same after you get them dirty. Well I threw them all in the washer with the Blackfire MC&R and after they came out of the dryer they smelled and looked fabulous! Nice and plump just like new, the stuff really works!
ProsMakes the towels smell great! The towels plump up like when they were new! Just takes a little to go a long way The dispenser works great

Awesome microfiber wash!
My microfiber came out like new and felt great after washing with this wash. They feel great and soak up water just like they should every time after washing. I've found with my particular washer and the water it adds, I can use 3/4 of a oz. On a small load and it washes great. So you can play around with the amount to see what is right for you. The built in measuring cup is handy. So are the measuring lines on the 16oz bottle to see what's left. The remnants around the lid edge get a little crusty, no but deal to me.

Works well
It cleaned my microfiber cloths fairly well. The lightly soiled cloths look brand new and the very dirty blackened towels fairly but not totally clean.

Wolfgang better for HE machines
I've used this back to back with the Wolfgang detergent and I feel the Wolfgang brand performs better in HE machines. Towels come out a bit softer with the Wolfgang but both clean well. They cost about the same so for HE machines I'd recommend the Wolfgang.
ProsCleaning ability Handy dispenser bottle
ConsOnly con is that it's not as good as the Wolfgang version in HE washing machines

Good but not great.
The only reason I say this isn't a 5 star product is because it takes 2 ounces per load. Where the Wolfgang Microfiber wash only takes 1. So it isn't as cost effective, but still is a good wash product.
ProsDoes as advertised
ConsNot as cost effective as rival products.

Good stuff and finally better packaging...
Ordered me a bottle of this late last year and used it once. The bottle must've cracked or something...leaked all over and I never got to use it anymore. Now that I've started to do more spring detailing I ordered another bottle and luckily it's in a much better bottle design. Thank you Blackfire! This stuff works great on my MF towels. Hurry and buy you some!
ProsGreat results!
ConsNow that the bottle is sturdier, nothing bad to say at all.

Best MF cleaner iv'e used
Iv'e tried all the other in house brands to clean my microfibers, and this just couldn't be beat.
I think the price shouldn't be as high as it is, but you pay for what you get I guess. Will be using
this from now on unless I find a cheaper/better alternative.
ProsCleans great Makes Cobra's feel fresh No static cling! Love this stuff
