A nice little applicator decent size, durability. Works well to apply VRT to textured plastics. I don't have any experience with applying tire dressings. I have other applicators for that.I could see that they would work well for that application.

Used this to apply a glass sealant. The flat edge was exactly what I needed, which gave a nice crisp edge between the glass
and the paint . The rounded end helped by curving into the corners smoothly & easily.
ProsPrice for 2, thickness makes it easy to hold and control, color makes it easy to see how much product you're using.
ConsNone good product.

I use these to apply Blackfire Total Trim and Tire Sealant on trim. The shape allows for good control of were the product is applied. They washed out good with APC.
ProsFirm and durable.

Great for Tuf Shine

This applicator is great for thin products like tuf shine, but it is too soft to apply normal gel like dressings to tires in my experience.

I have a few of these and they work as advertised. Haven't had any issue with them absorbing too much product. I use them for applying dressings to tires and exterior trim. Work well
