Brilliant produces an incredible shine on tire surfaces. This choice product of professionals is extremely easy to use and creates an incredible even finish. Brilliant is a solvent and silicone based, blue, rubber and vinyl exterior dressing. Dresses tires, moldings, bumpers, vinyl seats, dashes, vinyl tops, etc. Brilliant contains a carefully selected blend of silicones to produce an abundant shine on tires and other dressed surfaces. May be used by spray or hand application.

Directions: For best results, clean and dry the area to be dressed prior to product application. Spray or hand apply depending upon application and desired results. Allow to dry to a glossy finish and wipe off excess material. 128 oz.
