The Buff and Shine URE-TEC White Finishing 1 inch Pads actually measure approximately 1.375 inches and have a 1.375 inch foam face and a 1 inch backing. A 1 inch backing plate is needed to use the 1 inch Buff and Shine URO-TEC Pads.
