These Lug Nut Foam inserts don't really dry the lug nut area and aren't very good at cleaning either.

Some don't like this type of lug nut cleaning tool. I've only come arose one car that it wouldn't work on. The new design had made the foam head much more durable. This tool works so much faster than the little lug nu brushes.
