Versatile
M205 is one of my most commonly used and most versatile polishes on the market. It can be used with proper pad and technique to cut out heavy defects on soft paints, then turn right around and finish down with it. Easy to use, little to no dusting. Wipes off easy and very well priced.

My go to Polish
Probably one of my most widely used polishes in my arsenal, M205 is my go to. Love how easy it is to work and the work time. Easy wipe off and offers a good amount of correction. Never have problems with dusting. Love how I can still achieve a haze free finish on soft black paint by using a fine finishing pad. You cant go wrong with M205
Proseasy to work with no dusting easy wipe off

M205 Gentle but Effective
Had to remove some light scratches from painted rims and bumper on my 2016 Porsche 991and decided to go with the M205 instead of the Meguiars Mirror Glaze 2. I figured i would use something less aggressive but finishes out better. Worked as intended. Finished with a high gloss. Sealed after without need for a polishing step.
ProsInexpensive, large quantity, great finish, able to skip a 2nd step.

Great finish polish
This is a great finish polish. Doesn't remove a lot of defects so if you need that this isn't for you. It's great that it allows you to polish as long as you need to with its SMAT

YOU CAN ALWAYS COUNT ON MEGUIARS
Once again Meguiars delivers quality and consistent products. This polish works well with foam and microfiber pads and performs exactly as expected. Depending on the car and its finish, sometimes I like this and sometimes I prefer the Menzerna SF 4000. It just depends on the paint I'm polishing, but this is always in my bag of tricks and I use it almost daily. If you control how much you use and don't allow it to get too dry as you're working it (and don't use it in the sun) it won't dust up on you at all. You have to pay attention to how it's working to control dusting, but once you learn proper technique, you won't want to be without this polish. It's also a great value considering many other polishes that compete with it cost the same amount and more for their 8 or 16oz bottles that you pay for this in 32oz. It always wipes off easily and doesn't leave much residue behind to clean up either. Just pay attention to how much you're using; don't use too much and you won't have any issues with removal or dusting. Use too much and you'll be cleaning it up.

Impressed from seasoned Menzerna user
I'm pretty impressed how this finishes down hard ceramic Euro clearcoats, including tough black metallics. I especially like the fact that i can work the polish longer and it doesn't chalk much.

Talking SMAT
M205 does a great job finishing after M105. Works a little differently than some other finishing polishes but, when you figure it out, is excellent.

Outstanding finishing polish
As a user of Mirror Glaze #3 Machine Polish for decades, I didn't think anything could be better as a final step before waxing. I was wrong!
