So, there's two versions of this wax, a black can and all chrome can. Here, you can get the black can. It's version 1 and is a superior wax. It's not only durable, but it offers great shine and durability. It's is the finest wax Chemical Guys offers IMO. Try it.

Chemical Guys 50/50
January 13, 2012
This is the best wax I have ever used. It is easy to put on and incredibly forgiving. I used a damp MF applicator to apply the wax and a MF (gold 16X24) to wipe it off. It does not dry to haze like most of the waxes that I've used in the past, instead it dries to a matte finish. I was watching my 4 year old on his first bike while I was testing this wax on my wife's Storm Grey Pathfinder. Thanks to multitasking I got a little of the 50/50 on a piece of trim and a little on a back window. Both mistakes wiped off easily. After that and in the name of product testing I made a number of intentional ""mistakes."" I put some 50/50 on the headlight lens the chrome grill work I worked some into the scratch that I haven't fixed yet and double applied to the hood (without wiping off the first coat). The Chemical Guys 50/50 put up with every sloppy ""mistake"" I made. Nothing I could do took away from the incredible performance of the 50/50. Every mess cleaned up with a simple wipe. And believe me it was a wipe. Not buffing or rubbing. I was working in the full sun on a dark SUV in 60 degree weather. All the 50/50 needed was a quick wipe. I thought that was the end of my test but two days later it rained and snowed. (Winter in the Mid-Atlantic what are you going to do?) The 50/50 shed the mess of wintry mix like it never happened. The Pathfinder looks as good as it did shining in the sun days earlier. This is the best wax I have ever used. It is easy to put on and incredibly forgiving.
